Peter Hill - Appointment to the Board of Keller Group plc

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Essentra plc announces that it has been advised that Peter Hill, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of Keller Group plc ('Keller') with effect from 26 July 2016.

Peter will join the Board of Keller as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate with effect from the close of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 May 2016.
