Result of AGM

Essentially Group PLC (AQSE: ESSN), a leading health food company in the UAE delivering high quality nutrition (wellness shots, functional juices, lemonades, nut milks, single origin fruit juices and healthy snacks) to its customers, confirms that  the resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting held today, 13 September 2024, at the offices of Essentially Juices Manufacturing LLC, Unit S06 & S07, Al Quoz Industrial Area 2, Al Khail Gate, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and via digital conference call, were duly passed.  

Ajay Rajpal did not stand for re-election as a Non-Executive Finance Director at the Company's AGM held earlier today. Ajay stepped down from the Board but will remain with the Company as interim financial consultant until a suitable replacement has been found. The Board has already initiated a search for a successor and a further announcement will be made at an appropriate time.
