Update - Suspension

Further to the announcement made on 26 September regarding the suspension of Essentially's shares from trading on the Aquis Growth Market, the Company has been fully cooperating with the Aquis Stock Exchange. We are pleased to clarify that Essentially is not currently the primary focus of the ongoing investigation.

The Board's intention is to keep all shareholders informed while the investigation progresses.
