  • “ FOR ” each of the director nominees to the Board of Directors;
  • “ FOR ” the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for 2012;
  • “ FOR ” an Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to declassify the Board of Directors and to provide for the transition to the annual election of directors;
  • “ FOR ” the approval of the Company’s 2012 Employee Stock Purchase Program;
