Aggiornamento sullo stato di attuazione del piano di acquisto azioni proprie

Vimercate (Monza e Brianza), 9 settembre 2015 – In attuazione della delibera dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti del 30 aprile 2015 e in esecuzione del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie annunciato da Esprinet S.p.A. lo scorso 30 giugno, Esprinet comunica di avere complessivamente acquistato, tramite Banca IMI S.p.A., dal 2 settembre 2015 all'8 settembre 2015, n. 80.259 azioni ordinarie Esprinet S.p.A. (corrispondenti allo 0,15% del capitale sociale), ad un prezzo medio unitario pari a 7,87 euro per azione al lordo delle commissioni. La tabella riportata di seguito fornisce, ai sensi dell'art. 87-bis del Regolamento Emittenti, i dettagli degli acquisti effettuati nel periodo sopra indicato:

Update on the execution of the own share purchase plan

Vimercate (MB), September 9 th , 2015 – Following the Shareholders Meeting's resolution as of April 30th 2015, executing the Share Purchase Plan announced on June 30th, Esprinet communicates the purchase of a total of 80,259 ordinary shares of Esprinet S.p.A. (or 0.15% of total share capital), through Banca IMI S.p.A., between September 2 nd 2015 and September 8 th 2015, for an average purchase price of euro 7.87 per share gross of commissions.

The following table provides, pursuant to art. 87-bis of the Issuers Regulations, the details of the purchases completed in the aforementioned period:
