Calendario degli eventi societari per l'anno 2022

Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 10 Gennaio 2022 - Ai sensi dell'art. 2.6.2, c. 1, lett. b) e 2.2.3 c. 3 lettera a) del Regolamento dei Mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., si comunicano le date degli eventi societari previsti per l'anno 2022.

La società si avvale della facoltà di esonero alla pubblicazione delle informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive del quarto trimestre 2021 e pertanto la relazione finanziaria annuale sarà messa a disposizione entro il 31 marzo 2022.

Eventuali variazioni del calendario eventi societari saranno oggetto di tempestiva informativa al mercato.
