PUBBLICAZIONE DELLE INFORMAZIONI FINANZIARIE PERIODICHE TRIMESTRALI

Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 23 Dicembre 2016 - Con riferimento alla facoltà concessa alle società quotate di persistere nella comunicazione, su base volontaria, di informazioni finanziarie periodiche aggiuntive introdotta dal nuovo articolo 82-ter del Regolamento Emittenti, il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Esprinet S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: PRT) informa di avere deliberato, tenuto altresì conto dello status di emittente STAR della Società, di proseguire con la pubblicazione dell'informativa finanziaria periodica trimestrale, in forme e contenuti sostanzialmente in linea con quelli del corrente esercizio.

Più in particolare, gli elementi informativi dei Resoconti intermedi di gestione trimestrali riguarderanno:

• i dati economico-finanziari di periodo (conto economico, stato patrimoniale e rendiconto finanziario);
• i commenti dei risultati economico-finanziari;
• gli eventuali eventi ed operazioni di rilievo del periodo.

I Resoconti intermedi di gestione relativi al primo, terzo e quarto trimestre dell'esercizio, saranno approvati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione in base alle tempistiche inserite nel calendario finanziario reso disponibile annualmente sul sito (www.esprinet.com) alla sezione Investor Relations e pubblicati entro 45 giorni dalla chiusura del periodo di riferimento.

PUBLICATION OF THE QUARTERLY PERIODIC FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 23 rd December 2016 - With reference to the option granted to the listed companies to keep on disclosing, on a voluntary basis, the additional periodic financial information, according to the article 82-ter of the Issuers' Regulations, the Board of Directors of Esprinet S.p.A. (Italian Stock Exchange: PRT) informs to have decided, also as issuer in the STAR segment, to continue to publish the periodic quarterly disclosure in line with the current fiscal year in the form and contents.

More particularly, the information regarding the interim quarterly reports will concern:

• financial highlights (consolidated income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement Situation);
• comments on financial results;
• significant events in the period.

The interim management results concerning the first, third and fourth quarter will be approved by the Board of Directors based on the timing of the annual financial calendar available on the Company's website www.esprinet.com, in the section "Investor Relations – Events Calendar" and published within 45 days since the end of the reference period.
