VOLUNTARY PUBLIC TENDER OFFER ON ALL THE SHARES OF CELLULARLINE: A ROADSHOW STARTS FOR MAJOR INSTITUTIONAL SHAREHOLDERS. ACTIVATION OF GLOBAL INFORMATION AGENT INFORMATION CHANNELS
Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 20 September 2022 – 4 SIDE S.r.l. (the "Offeror"), company whose share capital is entirely held by Esprinet S.p.A. ("Esprinet") - announces that a roadshow aimed at the major institutional shareholders of Cellularline S.p.A. (the "Issuer") will begin on 21 September 2022, with the aim of illustrating the rationale and the reasons on the basis of which the Offeror believes it is convenient for the Issuer's shareholders to adhere to the voluntary public purchase offer (the "Offer").
The presentation that will be used in the roadshow will be available to the public for consultation on the Esprinet website www.esprinet.com in the Investors section. Any decision regarding adherence to the Offer must be made solely on the basis of the information contained in the Offer document (the "Offer Document") that the Offeror has published in connection with the Offer, which is available on the website www.esprinet.com.
In addition, it is noted that in order to provide information relating to the Offer to all shareholders of the Issuer, the Global Information Agent, Morrow Sodali has set up a dedicated e-mail address ([email protected]) and the telephone numbers 800 126 357 (for calls from Italy), +39 06 85870334 (for calls from abroad) and the WhatsApp Number +39 3404029760.
