ESPRINET: EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALL
Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 25 July 2024 - The Board of Directors of ESPRINET, a leading Group in Southern Europe in advisory services, sale and rental of technological products and IT security, has resolved to convene an extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Esprinet on 6 September 2024, in a single call, to resolve on the approval of amendments to the Bylaw aimed at implementing the provisions contained in the so-called "Capital Law".
In compliance with the regulations in force, attendance and voting at the Shareholders' Meeting may only take place through the representative designated pursuant to Article 135-undecies of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998.
The notice of call and the documents to be submitted to the Shareholders' Meeting will be made available in accordance with the timing and procedures provided for by the regulations in force.
