ESPRINET: EXECUTION OF CLOSING FOR THE ACQUISITION OF SIFAR GROUP DISTRIBUTOR OF SPARE PARTS FOR THE REPARING OF SMARTPHONE AND TABLET

Vimercate (Monza Brianza), 02 August 2023 – ESPRINET (PRT:IM), leading Group in Southern Europe in advisory services, sale and rental of technological products and cybersecurity, announced that, in accordance with the previous communication of 19 July 2023, it finalized today the acquisition, of 100% of the share capital of Sifar Group S.r.l., a company governed by Italian low, active since 2012 in the B2B distribution of components and accessories of smartphones and tablets

The portion of the agreed upon price at the closing, equal to Euro 9.3 million - was paid in full today in cash and using the available financial resources.

The transaction is consistent with the Esprinet Group's strategy outlined in the 2022-2024 Strategic Plan of focusing on high margin business lines, and also in relation to the strong engagement of our Group towards ESG principles, that aiming at seizing all the opportunities that can be integrated into our sustainability strategy, including investments in environmentally friendly products and services. The distribution of components and spare parts for the repairing of smartphones and tablets aims at extending products life cycle, helping to minimize the generation of electronics waste and meeting the new needs of the circular economy.
