Vimercate (Monza e Brianza), 3 agosto 2018 – Ai sensi dell'art. 131, comma 2, del Regolamento Emittenti si comunica che è intervenuta una variazione del numero e delle percentuali delle azioni ordinarie Esprinet S.p.A. conferite (le "Azioni Conferite") al patto di sindacato di voto e di blocco (il "Patto") stipulato in data 23 febbraio 2016 tra i Sig.ri Francesco Monti, Paolo Stefanelli, Tommaso Stefanelli, Matteo Stefanelli, Maurizio Rota e Alessandro Cattani, avente ad oggetto azioni ordinarie di Esprinet S.p.A. ("Esprinet" o "Società").

La variazione del numero e delle percentuali delle Azioni Conferite al Patto è stata comunicata alla Consob e depositata in data odierna presso il Registro delle Imprese di Milano – Monza Brianza- Lodi.

L'estratto del Patto, contenente le informazioni essenziali previste dagli articoli 130 e 131, comma 2, del Regolamento Emittenti, è pubblicato sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.esprinet.com, sezione Investor Relations - Informazioni sul Titolo - Patto di Sindacato ed è altresì disponibile sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage" ().

Publication of the essential information update pursuant to art. 131, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulation

Vimercate (Monza e Brianza), 3 August 2018 – Pursuant to Art. 131, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulation, Esprinet S.p.A. ("Esprinet" or the "Company") informs that a change has occurred in the number and percentages of the Esprinet ordinary shares contributed (the "Contributed Shares") to the shareholders' voting and blocking agreement (the "Agreement") entered into on 23 February 2016 by and between Messrs. Francesco Monti, Paolo Stefanelli, Tommaso Stefanelli, Matteo Stefanelli, Maurizio Rota and Alessandro Cattani, in relation to Esprinet ordinary shares.

The change in the number and percentages of the Contributed Shares to the Agreement has been communicated to Consob and filed at the Companies Register of Milano - Monza Brianza- Lodi on the date hereof.

The extract of the Agreement, containing the essential information required by Art. 130 and 131, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulation, is published on the Company's website at www.esprinet.com, section Investor Relations – Share Information - Shareholders' Agreement and is also available on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().
