Minutes of the Board of Directors meeting of February 8th , 2021 dealing with the modifications of the Company By-laws related to the compliance with the legal dispositions concerning the gender quotas
Vimercate (Monza e Brianza), February, 17th, 2021 – Esprinet informs that the minute of the Board of Directors meeting dealing with the modifications of the Company By-laws related to the compliance with the legal dispositions concerning the gender quotas, as well as the Company By-laws consequently updated, are available to the public in the Company's Registered Office, on the Company's website www.esprinet.com, section Investors-Documents, as well as on the authorised stocking service eMarket Storage at the internet site .
The Company also informs that the resolution of the of the Board of Directors meeting and the Company By-laws update were registered on the Company Register of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi on February 12th,2021.
