Assemblea degli azionisti esprinet in seconda convocazione
Vimercate (MB) 24/04/2017 - Si informano i Signori Azionisti che sulla base delle informazioni pervenute alla Società non risulta assicurato l'intervento del numero di azioni occorrenti per la validità dell'adunanza in prima convocazione.
Pertanto l'Assemblea avrà luogo in seconda convocazione il giorno 4 maggio 2017, alle ore 15:00, presso il Cosmo Hotel in Vimercate (MB), Via Torri Bianche n.4.
Esprinet annual Shareholders' meeting in second call
Vimercate (MB) 24/04/2017 - Esprinet informs that, as per the information received by the Company, the number of shares needed for the validity of the meeting cannot be reached in first call.
So the meeting will be held in second call on May 4th 2017 at 3 p.m. at the Cosmo Hotel in Vimercate (MB), Via Torri Bianche n.4.
