SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
Based on article. 69 sec. 1 point 1) and article 69b
sec. 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering
and conditions for introducing financial
instruments to an organized trading system and
on public companies, acting on behalf and on
behalf of its managed sub-fund Lemuria One, we
hereby notify:
1. Date and type of event resulting in the change
of share to which the notification relates:
The change in the number of shares held by
Lemuria is due to expiry of and non-execution of
the option agreement with the Company dated
August 22, 2023, giving Lemuria a right to
purchase up to 100.000 (in words: one hundred
thousand) common shares of the Company.
2. Number of shares held before the change of
shares and their percentage share in the
company's share capital and the number of
votes attached to these shares and their percentage share in the total number of votes:
