Transaction in Own Shares

Stobart, the infrastructure and support services group announces that on 15 June 2017, the Company acquired 700,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at price of 278.5 pence per share.  The shares acquired will be held by the Company as treasury shares. 

Following the above purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 354,328,831 ordinary shares of which 3,700,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in Stobart, excluding treasury shares, as at 15 June 2017 is 350,628,831. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
