Director Shareholding

Stobart was notified on 3 March 2015 by Andrew Tinkler, a Director of the Company, that on 3 March 2015 WA Developments International Limited, a company in which he owns 100% of the share capital, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 106 pence per share.  Following the transaction his total beneficial holding of ordinary shares in the Company, is 29,301,750 shares representing 8.93% of its issued capital (excluding treasury shares).
