Stobart Group Ltd, the infrastructure and support services group, has today been notified that on 28 February 2017 Warwick Brady, Deputy CEO of the Group acquired 22,620 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 189 pence per Ordinary Share, on 1 March 2017 acquired 19,385 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 190 pence per Ordinary Share and, on 2 March 2017 acquired 36,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a weighted average price of 190 pence per Ordinary Share.
