Further to the announcement issued earlier today, Esken, the aviation group, announces that Clare Kennedy, Daniel Imison and Catherine Williamson of AlixPartners UK LLP were appointed as joint administrators of the Company.

The joint administrators act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
