Stobart announces that on 20 May 2013 Andrew Tinkler, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, transferred 1,574,803 ordinary shares of 10p each in Stobart ("Ordinary Shares") from W A Developments International Limited, his privately owned investment company, to William Stobart's investment company, Oakfield Manor Estates Limited, at a price of 98p per Ordinary Share.
Following the transfer, Andrew Tinkler is interested in 32,179,442 Ordinary Shares and William Stobart is interested in 12,009,864 Ordinary Shares.
