CERTIFICATE OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Darren W. Lindsay am a professional geologist residing at 1162 Wendel Place, North Vancouver, BC V7K 2W1, and do hereby certify that:

• 1. I am the lead author of the report entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report on the SIB-Corey-North Mitchell Property", dated July 16, 2021;
• 1. I am a Registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.), Practising, with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (licence #30145).
• 1. I graduated from the University of British Columbia, Canada, with an Hons. B.Sc. in Geology in 1998;
• 1. I have practiced my profession continuously since graduation with a focus on exploration of gold systems including gold enriched base metal systems with experience in Canada, USA, Australia, Ghana and Guyana;
• 1. I visited the property in accompaniment of the co-authors from July 13 through July 15, 2021;
• 1. I visited the Property Core Storage facility on May 14th, 2021 with the Project Manager;
• 1. I have had no previous involvement with the Property until contracted to write this Technical Report;
• 1. 1 am responsible for all sections of this Report entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report on the SIB-Corey-North Mitchell Property", with effective date June 8, 2021;
• 1. I am independent of each of Eskay Mining Corp., as independence is described in Section 1.5 of NI 43-101. I have not received, nor do I expect to receive, any interest (direct, indirect, or contingent), in the property described herein or in Eskay Mining Corp. for the services rendered in the preparation of this Report;
• 1. I was retained by Eskay Mining Corp. to prepare an exploration and technical summary and provide recommendations on the SIB-Corey-North Mitchell Property, in accordance with National Instrument 43-101. This Technical Report is based on my review of Project files and information provided by Eskay Mining Corp. personnel;
• 1. I have read National Instrument 43-101 and Form 43-101F1 and, by reason of education and past relevant work experience, I fulfill the requirements to be a "Qualified Person" for the purposes of NI 43-101. This Technical Report has been prepared in compliance with National Instrument 43-101 and Form 43-101F1;
• 1. As of the date of this certificate, to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, this Technical Report contains all scientific and technical information that is required to be disclosed in order to make this Technical Report not misleading:
• 1. I, the undersigned, prepared this Report entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report on the SIB-Corey-North Mitchell Property", dated June 14, 2021, in support of the public disclosure of the exploration potential of the Property by Eskay Mining Corp.
