The Executive Council of Abu Dhabi grants Eshraq Properties PJSC the right to own Real Estate in Abu Dhabi
Dear Sir,
Kindly note that the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, by the decision of His Highness the Chairman of The Executive Council no. 72 of year 2017, has granted Eshraq Properties PJSC the right to own real estate in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Consequently, Eshraq will be entitled to own and develop real estate properties and projects throughout the territory of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, whether inside or outside the Investment Zone areas.

عملأ بهذا القرار، يجوز لشركة اشراق تملك وتطوير عقارات ومشاريع في إمارة أبو ظبي، ان كان داخل أو خارج المناطّق
الاستثمارية.
