We are pleased to share the names of each candidate for the election of Board of Directors of Eshraq Investments PJSC (“ Eshraq ”) as shortlisted by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Shortlisting was based on the requirements set for in the Nomination Policy of Eshraq, the Commercial Companies Law, as well as the Resolution of the Chairman of SCA no. (3/Chairman) of year 2020 concerning the Approval of the Public Joint Stock Companies Governance Guide
