Şirketimizin %25 oranında iştiraki olan Naturel ChargeN Elektrik A.Ş. tarafından, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından üretim yapan varlık portföyünün etkin yönetiminin sağlanması ve enerji piyasasındaki faaliyet alanlarının genişletilmesi amacıyla, toplayıcılık faaliyetinde bulunmak üzere 6446 Sayılı Elektrik Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat kapsamında Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu'na (EPDK) 15.10.2025 tarihinde Toplayıcılık Lisansı başvurusunda bulunulmuştur.

Başvuru olumlu karşılanmış ve Naturel ChargeN Elektrik A.Ş.'ye, 20 yıl süreyle toplayıcılık faaliyetinde bulunmak üzere 6446 Sayılı Elektrik Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat uyarınca Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu'nun 13883-19 sayılı kararı ile "Toplayıcılık Lisansı" verilmiş olup, söz konusu lisans bugün (30.10.2025) itibarıyla Naturel ChargeN Elektrik A.Ş.'ne teslim edilmiştir.

Naturel ChargeN Elektrik A.Ş., in which our Company holds a 25% stake, applied to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA) on October 15, 2025, for an Aggregator License under the provisions of the Electricity Market Law No. 6446 and related regulations. The purpose of this application is to ensure the efficient management of a portfolio of assets generating electricity from renewable energy sources and to expand the Company's operational areas within the energy market.

The application has been approved, and Naturel ChargeN Elektrik A.Ş. has been granted a "Aggregation License" for a period of 20 years to conduct aggregation activities, pursuant to the Electricity Market Law No. 6446 and the relevant legislation, under the Energy Market Regulatory Authority's (EPDK) decision numbered 13883-19. This license has been delivered to Naturel ChargeN Elektrik A.Ş. as of today (October 30, 2025).
