Esautomotion SpA (the " Company "), the operating holding company of the Esautomotion Group active in the sector of high-precision mechatronic components for industrial machines, advises that, the Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2025, approved by the Board of Directors on 18 September 2025, together with the Auditing Company's Report on the condensed consolidated halfyear financial statements as of 30 June 2025 issued by the external auditors KPMG S.p.A., is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website at www.esautomotion.it , in the Investor Relations – Financial Documentation section, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE available at the address and managed by Teleborsa Srl, as well as with the other methods provided for by current legislation.
