2025 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Esautomotion S.p.A. ("Esautomotion" or the "Company"), the operating holding company of ESA Group (the "Group"), active in the sector of high-precision mechatronic components for industrial machines, informs, pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the calendar of corporate events for the financial year 2025 as follows::

| March 28th 2025 | Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the draft individual financial statements of Esautomotion S.p.A. and the consolidated financial statements of the Esautomotion Group for the year ended 31 December 2024 |
| April 18th, 2025 | Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting: approval of the individual financial statements of Esautomotion S.p.A. for the year ended 31 December 2024 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements of the Esautomotion Group for the year ended 31 December 2024 |
| May 16th, 2025 | Communication of unaudited consolidated management data relating to Revenues and Financial Position as at 31 March 2025 |
| July 25th, 2025 | Communication of unaudited consolidated management data relating to Revenues and Financial Position al 30 giugno 2025 |
| September 26th, 2025 | Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the half-year financial report as at 30 June 2025, subject to limited statutory audit |
