CHANGE TO THE 2024 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Carpi, March, 11 2024

Esautomotion S.p.A. ("Esautomotion" or the "Company"), the operating holding company of the Esautomotion Group (the "Group") active in the field of high-precision mechatronic components for industrial machinery, pursuant to the disclosure requirements set forth in Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Rules for Companies, announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors that will approve the draft individual financial statements of Esautomotion and will discuss the draft consolidated financial statements of the Group, both for the year ended 31 December 2023, initially scheduled for March 29, 2024, it will be held on April 4, 2024.
