Esautomotion communicates some management data as of September 30th 2023

REVENUES: Euro 27,583 thousand vs. Euro 25,342 thousand (+8.8%) at 30/09/2022 NET FINANCIAL POSITION of Euro -1,459 thousand (cash positive) vs. Euro -9,576 thousand at 30/06/2023, an improvement of Euro -883 thousand (positive cash increase excluding the extraordinary transaction of the acquisition).

Esautomotion S.p.A. ("Esautomotion" or the "Company"), the operating holding company of the Esautomotion Group (the "Group") active in the sector of high-precision mechatronic components for industrial machines, communicates some unaudited management data for the first nine months of 2022.

COMMENT ON THE MAIN CONSOLIDATED RESULTS AS OF SEPTEMBER 2023

Group Revenues, amounting to Euro 27,583 thousand, recorded an increase compared to the first nine months of 2022 of approximately +8.8%. In the last quarter, the Group's revenues, amounting to Euro 8,870 thousand, were down compared to the 2022 and 1H2023 trends, but still represent a good result, in view of the market trend due to the generalized pessimism/uncertainty of world markets.

Consolidated Net Financial Position of Euro -1,459 thousand (positive cash) is to be considered in the context of the acquisition of Sangalli Servomotori in July 2023, which involved an outlay of € 5,500 thousand and the incurrence of a debt for the future purchase of the remaining 35% (Call Option) of Sangalli of € 3,500 thousand. Compared to the NFP as at 30/06/2023 equal to Euro -9,576 thousand, there was an improvement of Euro -883 thousand: (positive cash increase excluding the extraordinary transaction of the acquisition).

It should also be noted that in the Company's portfolio there are 213,000 treasury shares for a value of approximately Euro 976 thousand as of 26/10/2023.
