2023 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Esautomotion S.p.A. ("Esautomotion" or the "Company"), the operating holding company of the ESA Group (the "Group"), active in the field of high-precision mechatronic components for industrial machines, informs, pursuant to art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, that the Board of Directors of the Company approved the calendar of corporate events for the year 2023 as follows:

• ➢ January 31st 2023 disclosure of unaudited operating revenues and consolidated Net Financial Position as at 31 December 2022;
• ➢ March 30th 2023 meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft individual financial statements of Esautomotion S.p.A. and the consolidated financial statements of the Esautomotion Group for the year ended 31 December 2022;
• ➢ April 20th 2023 meeting of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the individual financial statements of Esautomotion S.p.A. for the year ended 31 December 2022;
• ➢ May 5 th 2023 – disclosure of unaudited operating revenues and consolidated Net Financial Position as at 31 March 2023;
• ➢ July 28th 2023 unaudited disclosure of consolidated operating revenues and net financial position as at 30 June 2023;
• ➢ September 28 th 2023 – meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the half-year financial report at 30 June 2023, subject to limited statutory audit;
• ➢ October 27th 2023 disclosure of unaudited data of consolidated Revenues and Net Financial Position as at 30 September 2023.

APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER AND SALES DIRECTOR WW

during today's meeting, the Board of Directors of Esautomotion also:

• i. appointed Director Andrea Senzolo as General Manager of the Company, with effect from 1 January 2023,
• ii. approved the recruitment of a new Sales Area Manager from the sector whose name will remain confidential until the actual effective date.

Curricula vitae of Ing. Andrea Senzolo and the Sales Director will be available on the Esautomotion http://www.esautomotion.it website, starting from the date of appointment.

After the first years of work experience in companies in the automation sector where he gained valuable technical / commercial experience, he joined Esautomotion in 2012 (the year of the turnaround). He covered in an exemplary way the functions of the Commercial area first forthe newly developed areas, and then all worldwide key accounts, more than quadrupling the company's revenues. He then integrated in his functions responsibilities in the Marketing area, Systems Assistance and integration with operations, finally he accompanied me in Investor Relations activities. The General Management combined with the hiring of a new Commercial Director represents a coherent step to integrate past experiences with future responsibilities and ensure continuity with the next ambitious Esautomotion's growth in both internal and external ways ."
