Esautomotion communicates some management data as September 30th 2022

• 1. REVENUES: Euro 25,342 thousand euro vs. 20,078 thousand euro (+26.2%)
• 2. NET FINANCIAL POSITION Euro -9.250 thousand (positive cash equivalent) vs. Euro -8,458 thousand at 30/06/2022, an improvement of Euro -788 thousand (positive cash increase).

Esautomotion S.p.A. ("Esautomotion" or the "Company"), the operating holding company of the Esautomotion Group (the "Group") active in the field of high-precision mechatronic components for industrial machines, communicates some unaudited operating datas for regarding first nine months of 2022.

COMMENTARY ON THE MAIN CONSOLIDATED RESULTS AT SEPTEMBER 30th 2022

Group revenues, amounting to Euro 25,342 thousand, recorded a substantial growth of approximately 26.2% compared to the first nine months of 2021. In the last quarter, the Group's revenues, amounting to Euro 8,870 thousand, represent a record result in consideration of the period, which also includes the summer break, and the continuous difficulties in semiconductor sourcing components, which is characterizing the sector. Esautomotion Group continues its growth towards a very positive 2022. All areas of the world are growing including: Italy +29%, China+Taiwan 12%, Turkey 32%, Iberian Peninsula 18%, Latin America 15%.

Margins and profitability also is improving.

Consolidated Net Financial Position remains strongly positive equal to Euro -9.250 thousand (positive cash), despite expenses equal to Euro 1,272 thousand relating to 2021's dividends, the absorption of Working Capital due to the significant growth in turnover and, above all, to the discontinuity of supplies that forced the Company to increase inventories.

It should also be noted that in the Company's portfolio there are 383,000 treasury shares for a value of approximately Euro 1. 623 thousand (price at 24/10/2022).

Gianni Senzolo, CEO of Esautomotion: "The positive trend is continuing strongly. Despite the difficulties in supplying components, Esautomotion, in the third quarter, made deliveries for a near to Euro 3 million per month (August included). The continuity of order entry, added to the amount of orders delayed in fulfillment, allows us to predict an absolutely positive 2022 for revenues and profitability, the prospects for 2023 are also positive".
