In continuation to our intimation dated January 23, 2026 regarding scheduling of the Board meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2025, (“the financial results”), pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that a conference call for analysts and investors to discuss the results of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2025 is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M (IST). The requisite details for the same are given in the attached invite.
The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results and related Investor Presentation after being released to the stock exchanges, shall be made available on the Bank’s website at https://www.esaf.bank.in/investor-relation/?id=disclosure-to-stock-exchanges
