In continuation to our intimation dated November 04, 2025 regarding scheduling of the Board meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025, (“the financial results”), pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that a conference call for analysts and investors to discuss the results of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2025 is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 10:00 A.M (IST). The requisite details for the same are given in the attached invite.
The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results and related Investor Presentation after being released to the stock exchanges, shall be made available on the Bank’s website https://www.esaf.bank.in/investor-relation/?id=disclosure-to-stock-exchanges.
The audio recordings and the transcript of the conference call shall be made available on the Bank’s website within the prescribed time.
