In this connection, the Company proposes to invest 26% of equity in a Special Purpose Vehicle which will generate and supply wind power to the Company.

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10[th] August 2023 has approved an investment up to Rs.50 lakhs in the said Special Purpose Vehicle.
