Sub: Submission of information pursuant to Regulation 30 – Appointment of Mr. Curtis Evan Jewell

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A - Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that ESAB Holdings Limited vide its letter dated 22nd April 2026 has withdrawn its nomination of Kevin Johnson (DIN 09147729) as Nominee Director on the Board of ESAB India Limited with effect from 1st May, 2026 and has nominated Mr. Curtis Evan Jewell (DIN: 11666741) with effect from 1st May 2026. The meeting of Board of Directors was commenced at 17:09 hours and concluded at 17:30 hours.

Mr. Curtis Evan Jewell will now be the Non-Executive Nominee Director and Non-Executive Chairman of ESAB India Limited effective from 1st May 2026. Further, he will also be a member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Chairman of Risk Management Committee effective from 1st May 2026.

• Father’s Name: Clarence Edward Jewell III
• Date of birth: 01/12/1981; Age: 45 years

• Address: 7025, Deer Valley Road, Highland, Maryland, 20777, United States

• Experience: Currently he serves as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at ESAB Corporation. Prior to ESAB Corporation, he served as General Counsel of ESAB. He has significant experience in leading legal teams through complex acquisitions and cross border initiatives while driving process improvement. Prior to his appointment at ESAB, he was the Corporate Secretary of Colfax Corporation, where he held roles of increasing responsibility since joining in February 2011.

Before joining Colfax, Mr. Curtis Evan Jewell was in private practice at Hogan Lovells LLP, where he focused on securities law and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. He began his legal career at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York. Mr. Curtis Evan Jewell earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from Washington University in St. Louis, and his law degree from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he also received a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School.
