Hello Rohit,

At the outset, I would like to thank you and ESAB for the unlimited opportunities to learn and grow. The opportunities to hone my sales talent, lead different functions like R&D, outsourced operations, third party sourcing, quality assurance & marketing and the enriching experiences to contribute to strategy and cross-functional transformation projects have shaped my personality. The various opportunities to work across international geographies have immensely helped me learn to navigate through different cultures. The freedom to express myself has played a big part in developing my ability to take ownership and drive new initiatives. I cannot but mention my gratitude for the flexibility offered to me to work from remote locations while retaining my full responsibilities. Last, but not the least, I am thankful for the various training, mentorship and learning opportunities from an amazingly talented group of successful leaders, peers and colleagues across the globe.

While I cherish the valuable experience I have gained, I have decided to pursue new challenges and I am resigning from my position at ESAB and will serve my notice period from 20[th] November, 2024. I have initiated the process of consolidating all reports, preparing detailed notes on processes and will plan smooth transition of responsibilities aligned with your guidance. I would request you to kindly relieve me from my responsibilities in line with company policies and guidelines.

I am grateful for all your support during my time here and deeply appreciate the professional relationships developed across the many years of collaborative work.
