Sub: Appointment of Statutory Auditors

Further to our letter dated 23[rd] May 2024 and upon receipt of Scrutinizer’s Report dated 9[th] August 2024, we hereby inform you that the shareholders in their 37[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 8[th] August 2024, have approved the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of five years from the conclusion of 37[th] Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 42[nd] Annual General Meeting.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD‐PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13[th] July 2023 are furnished below
