Appointment of Mr G Balaji, as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 26 March 2022 and inform the stock exchanges regarding such appointment
SVK also informed the Board of Directors that as per the requirements of the SEBI (LODR), 2015 the Company should appoint the Company Secretary as the Compliance Officer for the purpose of the compliance with the various provisions of the listing requirements.
The Board appointed Mr G Balaji as Compliance Officer with effect from 26 March 2022 and passed the following resolutions:
RESOLVED THAT Mr G Balaji, Company Secretary of the Company be and is hereby appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 26 March 2022.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr Rohit Gambhir, Managing Director and Mr B Mohan, Chief Financial Officer, be and are hereby authorized to inform the stock exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed about the appointment of M r G Balaji, Company Secretary as Compliance Officer with effect from 26 March 2022.
