Şirketimiz tarafından 20.05.2022 tarihli açıklamamızda duyurmuş olduğumuz Yönetim Kurulu'nun bedelli sermaye arttırımı kararına istinaden, Şirket Esas Sözleşmesi'nin 6. maddesinin vermiş olduğu yetkiye istinaden, Şirketimizin 180.000.000 TL kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içinde 36.000.000 TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin tamamı nakden (bedelli) karşılanmak suretiyle, %200 oranında 72.000.000 TL artırılarak 108.000.000 TL'ye çıkartılması kapsamında, İzahnamenin onaylanması talebi ile 08.06.2022 tarihi itibarıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na başvuruda bulunulmuştur.
