Since the last disclosure, as a result of normal on market trading activity, Harbour Asset Management Limited has sold 83,516 ERD ordinary shares for a total consideration of $296,481.80 leaving 2,918,132 (4.286%) ERD ordinary shares at 5 June 2018.

On 21 May 2018, First NZ Capital Securities Limited had disclosed an interest in 418,462 (0.615%) ERD ordinary shares. Since the last disclosure, as a result of normal on market
