Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 6 April 2018, Harbour Asset Management Limited (First NZ Capital Group Limited) had disclosed an interest in 3,060,298 (4.494%) ERD shares. Since the last disclosure, as a result of normal on market trading activity, Harbour Asset Management Limited has purchased 149,500 for a total consideration of $560,254.45 and sold 208,150 ERD ordinary shares for a total consideration of $764,061.00 leaving 3,001,648 (4.408%) ERD ordinary shares at 30 April 2018.

First NZ Capital Limited had disclosed an interest in 370,399 (0.544%) ERD ordinary shares on 6 April 2018. As a result of normal on market trading activity, First NZ Capital Securities Limited now has an interest in 370,334 (0.544%) ERD ordinary shares as at 30 April 2018.
