On May 19, 2011, MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
fallen below the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 16, 2011 and on
that day amounted to 41.06% (this corresponds to 15064578 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 14.37% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 5273396 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company
from Döhle ICL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
