Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE000A0D9Y97, WKN: A0D9Y9, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25% and 30% limit of the Voting Rights on April 12, 2010 and on that day
amounted to 40.80% (this corresponds to 9791182 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 40.80%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 9791182 Voting Rights) is to be
