Reference is made to the following entities' voting rights announcement
pursuant to Section 21 and 22 of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG) dated 14 April 2010.

Corsair Capital LLC, Corsair III Financial Services Offshore Capital
Partners L.P., Corsair III Finance Europe S.à r.l., Corsair III Investments
International S.à r.l., Corsair III Participations S.à r.l., Corsair III
Benelux Investments S.à r.l., Corsair III European Investments S.à r.l. and
Corsair III Investments (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. (collectively the 'Corsair
Companies') hereby notify you pursuant to Section 27a WpHG of the following
with regard to HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany:

1. The shareholding in HCI Capital AG primarily serves the realization of
   commercial profits.

2. The Corsair Companies do not intend to acquire or obtain by other means
   further voting rights in HCI Capital AG.

3. The Corsair Companies do not seek to take influence on the appointment
   of members of the management board and the supervisory board of HCI Capital
   AG.

4. The Corsair Companies do not intend to fundamentally change the capital
   structure of HCI Capital AG.

5. Since the voting rights have been attributed to the Corsair Companies
   according to Section 22, para. 1, sentence 1 No. 1, para. 3 WpHG, no funds
   were employed to acquire such voting rights.
