Fidelity International, Tadworth, Great Britain, notified us on 24 January
2008 in the name of and on behalf of Fidelity Management & Research
Company, Boston, USA, as a correction to their filing dated May 2007,
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:

On 2 May 2007, Fidelity Management & Research Company exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in HCI Capital AG, Hamburg, Germany.
On that date, Fidelity management & Research Company held 3.62% of the
voting rights in HCI Capital AG arising from 867,977 voting rights.

All voting rights in HCI Capital AG were attributed to Fidelity Management
& Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The
voting rights were attributed to Fidelity Management & Research Company
from Fidelity Advisors Series I, being the shareholder holding 3% or more
of the voting rights in HCI Capital AG.
