   and the 3% threshold and amounted to 0.0% (0 voting rights) on October 24,
   2007, whereas these voting rights are fully attributed to Mr Harald Christ,
   Berlin, Germany, by Christ Capital GmbH according to sec. 22 para. 1
   sentence 1 no.1 WpHG.
