Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. ("the Company") with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that on June 02, 2016 it disposed 8 own shares, the total nominal value of HRK 800, which represent 0.0006% of the share capital of the Company.

On June 06, 2016 the Company acquired 25 own shares, the total nominal value of HRK 2,500, which represent 0.0019% of the share capital.

After these transactions, the total number of own shares amounts to 3,194, the total nominal value HRK 319,400.00, which represent 0.24% of the share capital.

Purpose of dispose of shares is distribution to employees under the Award programs.
