Ericsson Nikola Tesla and HT Mostar continue their successful cooperation

Vilim Primorac, president of the Management Board of HT Mostar, and Gordana Kovačević, president of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, signed a contract worth more than MHRK 29 for the expansion and modernization of 4G/4G+ network and transmission network of HT Mostar. This contract continues the rollout and modernization of LTE network based on Ericsson Radio System solution, as well as the expansion of transmission network by using new MINI-LINK products. The realization of the contracted activities starts immediately and with the usual dynamics, despite the new circumstances.

Vilim Primorac highlights: "Owing to Ericsson's new radio equipment, we will increase the coverage and the capacity of 4G/4G+ network, thus providing our users with a better user experience, higher speeds and the option to use new, advanced services based on LTE technology, along with respecting the highest security standards ."

Gordana Kovačević highlights her satisfaction with the continuation of cooperation: "I am pleased that the development of HT Mostar's network is based on Ericsson's portfolio and the solutions of our experts. This is an important strategic step on the road towards 5G in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Despite extraordinary circumstances, we successfully continue the rollout and modernization of LTE network in partnership with the local companies."
