Proposal for dividend of HRK 70.6

At the Ericsson Nikola Tesla Supervisory Board and Managing Director meeting held on April 25, 2019, it was proposed to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to adopt a dividend payment of HRK 70.6 per share.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla Annual General Meeting will be held on June 13, 2019. The shareholders who have the Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository & Clearing Company on June 19, 2019 are entitled to dividend payment. Ex-dividend date is June 18, 2019.
