Proposal for dividend of HRK 32.5

At the Ericsson Nikola Tesla Supervisory Board and Managing Director meeting held on April 25, 2018, it was proposed that at the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting the dividend payment of HRK 32.5 per share is adopted.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla Annual General Shareholders' Meeting will be held on June 20, 2018. The shareholders who have the Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository & Clearing Company on June 28, 2018 are entitled for dividend payment. Ex-dividend date is June 27, 2018.
