PROPOSAL FOR DIVIDEND OF 100 hrk

At the Ericsson Nikola Tesla Supervisory Board and Managing Director meeting of March 15, 2016, it was proposed that at the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting the regular dividend payment to the amount of 20 HRK per share and extraordinary dividend to the amount of 80 HRK per share is adopted.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla Annual General Shareholders' Meeting will be held on May 31, 2016.
