Pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/522, and in line with Article 120 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. ("the Company") hereby notifies that the President of the Management Board, Mrs. Gordana Kovačević, in accordance with Remuneration policy of the Management Board, acquired Ericsson Nikola Tesla shares outside the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, as follows:

• On October 17, 2025, 250 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired, representing 0.019% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this acquisition Mrs. Kovačević holds in total 2,218 Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. shares, representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
